A substantial detached home with great bones but a tired exterior, weathered brown fascias and soffits, faded mock-Tudor boarding and herringbone brick panels that had started to fail.
Scaffolded throughout, we stripped and replaced the full roofline, fascias, soffits and guttering renewed in contemporary black, and renewed the mock-Tudor boarding to match.
The finished house reads as a completely different property, the black roofline and boarding frame the warm red brick, the rebuilt herringbone panels are crisp again, and the whole elevation looks sharp, modern and cared-for.
